Job Description

Job Tile: Estimation Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Shift timing 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM IST

5-Days working (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities: -

Understand the project and its requirements.
Using an available companys software to do the basic Estimation on a given projects.
Preparing material and cost estimates for any given project
Creating Labor estimates for any given project (Using a company software such as, Plan swift and MiTek).
Create and submit estimate reports or bids to appropriate persons (project managers, clients, Sales man etc.)
Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors (Sales Mens) and Project Managers.
Managing/Updating bids for Sales Man
Following the bid process until construction such as,

Lumber/Cornice/Labor Initial Design and Crosschecks.
Lumber/Cornice Review and Crosschecks.
Lumber/Cornice Release and Crosschecks.

Clean up takeoff adjustments and fix pending shipments
