Plumbing SFU/DFU calculation and Gas calculation and pipe sizing. Mechanical and Plumbing Coordination with other trades in Auto-cad. Auto CAD ot Auto CAD MEP proficiency of project set ups, Designing Mechanical systems, and detailing. Construction drawings: detail all conditions; complete annotation including dimensions, notes, keynotes. Technical specifications: write concise basis of design specifications for drawings. Permitting: Respond to plan review comments related to Mechanical trade. Day to day meeting and communications within the team Preparing Mechanical/Plumbing design calculations on Multifamily and Single-Family Buildings.
