Vacancy : 2 nos Job Role The role involves identifying and engaging with Independent Power Producers (IPPs), Utilities, and Large Corporations involved in Utility-Scale Solar, Wind, and Hybrid Renewable Energy projects. The incumbent must have strong business acumen to lead the EES's strategic initiatives and business growth in the Solar, Wind, and Hybrid Renewable Energy industry. The role involves nurturing long-term client relationships by proactively building trust, adding value, and fostering continuous communication and collaboration. Proactively engaging with all key stakeholders to sense their requirements and challenges. Stay updated on Industry trends, government policy interventions, and technology at the national and global level. Should have dealt with private sector companies for lead generation, business engagements, negotiations, and closure. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development: Strategically develop and execute targeted B2B sales initiatives in Utility-Scale Solar, Wind, and Hybrid projects Proactively generate new business leads and identify growth opportunities through strategic engagements with new and existing clients. Maintain cost revenue for a sustainable business model, ensuring profitability and growth. Recognize prospective clients in the region and create a client database. 2. Contract Management: Review the existing project plan and assessment reports for developing business models and proposals to support decision-making and client presentations. Provide business inputs on the business contracts prepared by the team. 3. Financial Modelling and Proposal: Develop financial models based on client requirements, market dynamics, customer needs, regulatory frameworks, financial analysis, etc. Lead deal structuring, contract finalization, and closures. Analyse and mitigate risk allocation in contracts across short, medium-, and long-term durations. 4. Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies based on regional policies and commercial opportunities. Work closely with internal teams/cross functions to prepare assignment/project plans, and work with the management team to identify appropriate strategies to meet client needs. Strive to deliver a good customer experience, reliability, and responsiveness at every touchpoint throughout the customer journey, ensuring both retention and growth. Reinforce positive relationships and demonstrate commitment to their continued success. Participate in various regional publicity activities, such as exhibitions, seminars, and conferences, and explore the possibility of showcasing the organization and its services. 5. Liaising and Networking: Build relationships with key stakeholders to sense business requirements. Attend industry and regulatory conferences to network and identify new Business opportunities. Scout new markets and avenues to identify new business opportunities. Develop a database to generate effective leads and convert prospects with desired profitability. Propagate ESS offerings on social media handles and business portals. 6. Team Leadership: Coach and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and effective working environment. Share positive industry insights, trends, best practices, and exclusive case studies to promote collaboration, inclusivity, elevate work culture and boost employee motivation. Skills and Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages. Strong Solar Energy Industry business acumen and Key Accounts Management. Highly self-motivated individual with good convincing power. Time management skills are required to achieve established targets. Proven sales and closing skills. Should be open to extensive traveling. Teaming, building and leadership skills. Talent Hunt Process 1. Vacancies : 4 nos Job Role The role of an Engineer / Senior Engineer is to conduct thorough due diligence of the projects with respect to technical parameters and physical plant installation at site. The individual to liaison with the developers / customers team to improve overall project management for timely completion and adherence to fund utilised on the project. Report insights on the quality, progress and maintainability of the infrastructure being developed. To work on various Lenders Engineering and Owners Engineering project opportunities for large scale ground mount and distributed rooftop solar projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Must have good knowledge of solar power plant designing concepts. 2. Experience in independently preparing techno-commercial feasibility study, detailed project report, resource assessment and energy yield assessment, annual operational review for Solar PV projects. 3. Responsible for planning, coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. 4. Able to provide support in pre bid engineering, detailed engineering design for owners engineering projects. 5. Carry out assessment of plant start-up and performance testing for owners engineering projects. 6. Exposure to energy storage systems related to sizing studies for different use cases. 7. Proficient to carry out energy yield for solar plants independently using simulation software such as PV SYST, SAM, etc. 8. Able to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, summarize and report progress of projects. 9. Open to travel to sites, conduct research and assessments at client locations nationally and globally. Skills and Attributes 1. Knowledge on Solar Industry. 2. Knowledge pertaining to open access regulations, net metering regulation and various state specific policies. 3. Understanding of PV systems, PV technologies, energy yield analysis using simulation software. 4. Possess strong analytical and technical skills. 5. Excellent command on written and verbal English communication and presentation skills. 6. Strong interpersonal skills in addition to solo performer as and when required. Self-disciplined and demonstrated capability to work in multiple projects as a team member. 7. Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Google Sketchup, AutoCAD or similar software 8. Experience with data analytic software such as Power BI, Tableau etc., although not essential but preferable 9. Proven organizational, professional and time management skills.
