Job Role

• The candidate will be responsible for understanding the market dynamics to plan and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth in the Solar Industry
• To understand and develop comprehensive marketing plans to promote the Companys Renewable Energy Service offerings
• Participate in various regional publicity activities, such as exhibitions, seminars, and conferences, and explore the possibility of showcasing the organization and its services
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and implement marketing strategies

Key Responsibilities

1.

Develop marketing strategies to promote the Company offering, aligning with overall business objectives through online and offline paid / unpaid marketing channels such as Google SEM, LinkedIn, Events etc.

2.

Identifying market trends and competition through leveraging market research and technology to evaluate new growth channels, both digital and conventional, to identify scalable opportunities.

3.

Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and conventional marketing.

Participate in various regional publicity activities, such as exhibitions, seminars, and conferences, and explore the possibility of showcasing the organization and its services.

Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, and social media.

Collaborate with content and technology teams to enhance website performance, increase visibility, and drive organic traffic.

Produce compelling content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and marketing materials.

5.

Contribute to building and maintaining the company's brand image and reputation in the solar industry.

6.

Collaborate with event management companies to drive brand awareness and identify new business leads through various marketing activities

7.

Work closely with the Management to align marketing efforts and support sales initiatives

8.

Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and improve results

9.

Prepare database of prospective customers

Connect with an introductory email, cold calling and fixing up a business meeting

10.

Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

Skills and Attributes

1. Knowledge and expertise in creating outreach programs and advertising tools to drive business expansion

2. Knowledge on the Solar, Wind and BESS Industry will be an advantage

3. Excellent command of written and verbal English communication, presentation skills and relationship building.

4. Strong interpersonal skills in addition to solo performer as and when required. Self-disciplined and demonstrated capability to work on multiple projects as a team lead. Presentable Personality.

5. Expertise in MS office and the digital marketing space

6. Proven organizational, professional, time management and leadership skills
