Role Overview: Ajays Caf is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our Franchise and Master Franchise expansion in Gujarat, Maharashtra and Rajasthan. The candidate will identify and onboard high-potential partners, negotiate terms, ensure compliance with operational standards, and enable smooth onboarding and supply chain alignment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard Master Franchise / Franchise partners across the West Zone Execute regional expansion plans and meet territory growth targets Negotiate and manage franchise contracts and performance standards Build and nurture strong partner relationships Coordinate with Supply Chain, Legal, Operations, and Marketing teams Oversee compliance and support franchise partners in scaling successfully Maintain accurate records using CRM and automation tools Skills & Attributes: Strong network in HORECA / QSR ecosystem Excellent negotiation and partner evaluation skills Tech-savvy with knowledge of ERP, CRM, and dispatch systems Strategic, analytical, and people-first mindset Well-versed in West Zone market dynamics and franchise systems Ability to lead expansion independently and handle pressure Location: Corporate HQ in Navsari, Gujarat (with frequent regional travel) Reporting To: Director
Role overview: The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves building strong talent pipelines, ensuring timely hiring, and supporting organizational growth with the right talent. Key Responsibilities Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and draft effective job descriptions. Source candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, references, campus drives, agencies, etc.). Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities. Coordinate with internal HR team for background verification and joining formalities. Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
