Job Description

  • Execute SEO strategies including local SEO aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for ranking improvements.
  • Optimise website structure, landing pages, and content for better search performance.

On-Page & Off-Page Optimisation

  • Implement on-page SEO best practices including meta tags, header optimisation, internal linking, and schema markup.
  • Manage back-linking strategies, outreach campaigns, and partnerships to enhance domain authority.

Technical SEO

  • Conduct site audits regularly to identify and fix crawl errors, indexation issues, and page speed performance.
  • Work closely with web development teams to ensure technical SEO implementation.

Content & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the content and social media teams to align SEO keywords with blogs, campaigns, and new product launches.
  • Provide SEO guidelines for content creators to ensure keyword integration and search-friendly formatting.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyse SEO KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rate, and conversions.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM rush, Ahrefs, and Moz for insights.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports to measure ROI and performance improvements.

Trendspotting & Innovation

  • Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO & GEO trends, and new tools.
  • Experiment with voice search, local SEO, and AI-driven optimization techniques.

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
