Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard Master Franchise / Franchise partners across the West Zone
  • Execute regional expansion plans and meet territory growth targets
  • Negotiate and manage franchise contracts and performance standards
  • Build and nurture strong partner relationships
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Legal, Operations, and Marketing teams
  • Oversee compliance and support franchise partners in scaling successfully
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and automation tools

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong network in HORECA / QSR ecosystem
  • Excellent negotiation and partner evaluation skills
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of ERP, CRM, and dispatch systems
  • Strategic, analytical, and people-first mindset
  • Well-versed in West Zone market dynamics and franchise systems
  • Ability to lead expansion independently and handle pressure
