Recruitment Executive

Role overview:

The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves building strong talent pipelines, ensuring timely hiring, and supporting organizational growth with the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and draft effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, references, campus drives, agencies, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
• Coordinate with internal HR team for background verification and joining formalities.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
