Key Responsibilities: Engineering Departmental Leadership Project Management -Technical Oversight -Process Optimization Compliance and Quality Assurance *Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Process, Project or related field); a Master s degree or MBA is preferred. 12+ years of experience in engineering management, with a strong background in MED, CED, and EIC. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex engineering projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
