Estate Manager

Forum IAS is hiring a Estate Manager for Alwar to oversee full-scale center operations and drive organisational growth. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between the market, internal teams, and senior management—ensuring smooth functioning of the center while maintaining a strong brand presence and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations of the state center, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with primary stakeholders, including students, parents, vendors, and academic teams.
• Coordinate closely with multiple departments such as Academics, Marketing,and Logistics.
• Manage infrastructure and facility operations, including maintenance, vendor management and logistics.
• Handle administrative tasks such as inventory, procurement, resource management, compliance, and documentation.
• Monitor and optimize operational costs, staff productivity, and service quality.
• Track and analyze market trends, feedback, and competition to support decision-making.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analytics using Excel and relevant tools.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and admissions.
• Drive a professional, student-centric culture and uplift the organisational standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven management and leadership experience (15–16 years) in operations; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and data-based decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and diverse teams.
• Experience managing logistics, infrastructure & vendor operations.
• Strong organisational and administrative management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations or related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications in Operations / Administration / Leadership will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹370,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
