Trimurty Builders are looking for an Estate Manager who understands that great properties don’t run on concrete and steel alone—they run on service, discipline, and an eye for detail. If you’ve spent a decade managing high-end hotels, resorts, estates, or premium residential projects, this role will feel like home.

What You’ll Oversee:

•⁠ ⁠Daily operations of the estate—maintenance, safety, housekeeping, landscaping, and utilities.

•⁠ ⁠Vendor and contractor management—ensuring timely, quality work across all functions.

•⁠ ⁠Guest & resident experience—upholding a hospitality-grade service culture across the property.

•⁠ ⁠Asset management—preserving quality, tracking wear & tear, and ensuring preventive maintenance.

•⁠ ⁠Staff supervision—training, scheduling, SOP adherence, and performance tracking.

•⁠ ⁠Budget planning—optimising operational costs without compromising on service.

•⁠ ⁠Compliance & documentation—statutory checks, safety protocols, and internal standards.

What You'll Bring:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 10 years of experience in estate, facility, or property management.

•⁠ ⁠Strong background in hospitality (hotels, resorts, premium service environments).

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on leadership—you can train staff, solve issues on the ground, and maintain a high-quality environment.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of technical and soft-service operations.

•⁠ ⁠A proactive mindset—anticipating issues before they become problems.
