What You’ll Lead:

•⁠ ⁠Payroll management end-to-end—accuracy, compliance, timelines.

•⁠ ⁠Recruitment for core and leadership roles—building a talent pipeline that strengthens the organisation.

•⁠ ⁠Training & development—designing programs that elevate performance and culture.

•⁠ ⁠Full-spectrum HR operations—policies, attendance, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and conflict resolution.

•⁠ ⁠HR strategy—supporting leadership with data-backed insights and people-first recommendations.

What You'll Bring:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 10 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in real estate, construction, or fast-growing traditional industries.

•⁠ ⁠Deep understanding of payroll systems, statutory norms, and HR documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Strong recruitment instincts—knowing who fits, who performs, and who scales.

•⁠ ⁠Experience conducting training sessions, developing L&D modules, and leading org-wide initiatives.

•⁠ ⁠A steady, mature presence—someone who can guide managers, support employees, and uphold Trimurty’s culture.
