Job Description

As a Property and Asset Manager at the site, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all Property Management Services and ensure smooth operations by leveraging innovation and technology. Your role will involve: - Guiding, grooming, developing, and supporting manpower at the site to tackle challenges effectively. - Formulating budgeting controls, monitoring SLAs & KPIs, and ensuring effective service delivery. - Maintaining service level agreements and achieving excellence in performance indicator scores. - Managing vendor quotations and invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing information. - Planning and executing manpower hiring processes for the site. - Conducting regular site rounds to ensure proper maintenance of structures and facilities. - Assisting in creating annual budgets and formulating strategies for effective management. - Updating data, files, and communication with occupants and authorities. - Implementing risk assessment recommendations and creating business continuity plans. - Maintaining exemplary relationship management with stakeholders for smooth operations. - Generating daily and monthly management reports and coordinating document library maintenance. - Collaborating with regional teams to ensure closure of required reports. - Facilitating services under the slogan "No Safety No Work". Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Marine Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum 7 to 8 years of work experience in Facility Industry/Real Estate/Hotel or Construction Industry. - Preference for candidates with residential experience in residential sites. If you possess analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a background in the specified fields, this role may be suitable for you.
