Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of estate facilities, including housekeeping, security, transportation, and maintenance.
  • Oversee facility administration tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and renovations as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years' experience in estate management or related field (facility management).
  • Strong knowledge of estate management principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, residents, and vendors.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
