Estate Manager

Job Summary:

The Estate Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the school's estate, including buildings, grounds, and facilities. The incumbent will oversee the maintenance and repair of infrastructure, utilities, and services, and ensure the safety, security, and cleanliness of the campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the school's estate, including buildings, grounds, and facilities
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of infrastructure, utilities, and services
• Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness of the campus
• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
• Prepare and implement budgets for estate management
• Supervise and manage staff responsible for estate management
• Handle emergency situations and coordinate with external agencies
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
• Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders on an overall basis
• Maintenance and upkeep of STP, Power Station, Solar Energy, plant DG sets, Power backups, Rain water harvesting, Acs, Water Coolers, Desert Coolers, overhead water tanks.
• Act as the primary contact for owners, implementing their vision and reporting on estate status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, architecture, management)
• 3-5 years of experience in estate management, facilities management, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with safety and security protocols
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair of infrastructure and utilities
• Telugu speaking is mandatory

Desired Skills:

• Experience in facilities management or estate management
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Education:

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Civil Engineering: 3 years (Required)
