Urgent Hiring Admission Counselor

Role Summary: Crimson Schools, Hyderabad is seeking a proactive and persuasive Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollment through effective lead follow-ups, providing guidance to prospective parents, and achieving admission targets. This role plays a key part in supporting the school’s growth and delivering a positive admission experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound admission inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins. Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion of inquiries into admissions. Conduct campus tours and provide comprehensive information about the school’s academic offerings, facilities, and values. Maintain and update student admission data in the system. Collaborate with the marketing team for events, campaigns, and outreach activities. Meet enrollment targets and report weekly progress to the management. Counsel parents and students effectively regarding curriculum, school environment, and admission processes. Assist in organizing orientation programs and admission events. Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field; a degree in education or business administration is a plus. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in school admissions or counseling, preferably in a CBSE or international school setting. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Good organizational and data management skills. Goal-oriented and comfortable working with targets.
