Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Manager Customer Connect to handle customer grievances and ensure timely resolution as per defined SOPs and TATs. The role focuses on root cause analysis, coordination with internal teams and vendors, and driving process improvements to enhance overall customer experience.

Location : Lower Parel,Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer communications and provide clear root cause analysis
Ensure case closure within defined TATs and SOPs
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Handle complex and escalated cases to maintain customer satisfaction
Identify process gaps and implement improvement initiatives
Prepare, manage, and update MIS as per guidelines
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders

Work Experience

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in BFSI Sector

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills
Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office
