Team: Life Insurance Partner Help Desk

Location: Bangalore - Oasis

Availability: Within 30 days

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Preferred Background: Insurance background

Preferred Industry: Life Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from partners (brokers, agents, and internal

employees) to provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, queries,

status updates, and technical/portal issues.

• Make outbound calls as required to support partners and resolve concerns.
• Assist partners with technical issues and ensure timely resolution of all queries.
• Maintain detailed records of partner interactions, including complaints, inquiries,

comments, and actions taken.

• Adhere to defined Turnaround Time (TAT) for query resolution.
• Identify and suggest improvements in products and processes to enhance partner

satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Hindi and English is

mandatory.

• In-depth knowledge of Life Insurance products and processes.
• Prior experience in ticket handling and call management preferred.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage rotational weekly offs.
• Approachable and capable of resolving queries from partners and employees

effectively.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with basic typing skills.
• Excellent judgment and active listening skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve problems efficiently

through critical analysis.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates or 12th Pass with relevant experience.
• No Active backlogs in academics
