Job Description

ERP Specialist - Master Data Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Item Master Management:

Create ERP codes and input data into the item master for projects.
Maintain and update the item master list in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Coordination with Design Team:

Collaborate with the design team to create and validate new item codes.
Ensure timely and efficient communication to address any discrepancies or requirements.

System Maintenance:

Support the overall maintenance of the ERP system, focusing on data accuracy and compliance.
Identify and resolve ERP-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.

Reporting and Documentation:

Generate regular reports on item master updates and ERP system activities.
Document processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications:

Experience:
7+ years of experience in similar job roles, preferably in the
Aluminium or manufacturing industry.
Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems, strong coordination and communication skills, and attention to detail.
