Handle all system related problem on real time basis, Act as a single point contact between ERP Service provider and users, Help users/management to understand various reports generated from the system and its utility for overall improvement in performance of the organization..

User Support & Trouble Shooting:
• ERP induction training providing to new users, as well as existing users. Refreshment training given to the users as per requirement from HODs.• Ensure smooth functioning of ERP in office as well as at the site• Servicing & troubleshoot various ERP related issues
Formation of internal trouble shooting team to address periodical issue
• One point contact for co-ordination with end users and in4 velocity team.• Raised an IMS to Bangalore team. & co-ordinate with in4re team update the latest release (hotfix) which is realized from in4suit Bangalore team.• Maintained all service call report history in excel sheet.
