Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Respond to and resolve ERP-related queries promptly.
Troubleshoot issues in modules like Production, Inventory, Supply Chain, Sales/Pre-Sales, Quality, Planning, and Reporting.
Coordinate with external ERP vendors for fixes and solutions.
Perform root-cause analysis and document resolutions.
Support system testing after updates or patches.
Provide functional support and assist with user training and SOP documentation.
Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E/B.Tech (preferably Industrial Engineering with Digital Operations exposure).
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in any standard ERP system.
Strong functional understanding of manufacturing processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
