Associate Engineer (wiring Harness Operator)

About the Role

Rossell Techsys is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator / Manufacturing Engineer to join our Production team. This is an individual contributor role focused on delivering high-quality wire harnesses and integrated assemblies for aerospace and defense applications. If you have hands-on experience in wiring harness fabrication and a passion for precision manufacturing, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate wire harnesses using crimping, soldering, splicing, potting, sleeving, and connectorization techniques
• Interpret CAGs/schematics and lay out form boards accurately
• Inspect materials against BOM and ensure compliance with revision standards
• Perform in-process inspections and maintain digital evidence of operations
• Execute real-time production transactions in IQMS
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring calibration and usability
• Identify and report non-conformances and participate in process improvement initiatives (Kaizen)
• Adhere to safety and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) protocols

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to defect-free work
• Familiarity with IPC-WHMA-620 and IPC J STD 001 standards (certification preferred)
• Experience with aircraft looms and RF cables is a plus
• Exposure to ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 QMS environments
