Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Handling the customers
  • Preparing documents such as a welcome letter, a demand letter, an allotment letter, an agreement reminder letter, possession letter.
  • Coordinating with the customer and registration agent for stamp duty and registration of the sale agreement
  • Coordinating with the interdepartmental team for approvals, signatures, and the home loan team for disbursement
  • Handling possession, collection, onboarding & sustainability
