Handling the customers
Preparing documents such as a welcome letter, a demand letter, an allotment letter, an agreement reminder letter, possession letter.
Coordinating with the customer and registration agent for stamp duty and registration of the sale agreement
Coordinating with the interdepartmental team for approvals, signatures, and the home loan team for disbursement
Handling possession, collection, onboarding & sustainability
