Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in handling customer queries across email, chat, and calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Support in tracking and updating customer requests related to orders, returns, and product information.
  • Work with the customer support team to monitor service metrics (FRT, AHT) and share feedback for process improvements.
