Job Description

We are looking for ERP Implementor for an Advisory Firm, dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across India with innovative solutions and strategic insights. As a forward-thinking consulting firm, they strive to help businesses navigate challenges and achieve sustainable growth.As organizations increasingly embrace digitization, one of the foundational steps is to implement a robust ERP system that integrates and optimizes every business function. In this role, you will help our clients on this transformative journey with your deep understanding of business processes and a passion for driving operational excellence.In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding businesses through the critical process of mapping their operations into an ERP framework. Your expertise in ERP implementations will ensure that each client’s unique business processes are seamlessly translated into efficient, future-ready systems. Responsibilities

Analyze and document business processes
Perform GAP analysis to identify differences between client requirements and ERP functionality.
Customize and Configure ERP modules to fit the required business processes across various company departments.
Facilitate ERP implementation, from master data migration to functional testing and go-live.
Facilitate client training sessions to raise awareness and optimize usage of the ERP system.
Handle post-implementation troubleshooting and support.
Conceptualize and develop relevant performance dashboards for various functions.

Qualifications

Graduation in B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc.
2+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support, with experience in at least 2 ERP implementations in different industries.
Strong domain knowledge of end-to-end processes, finance, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and clients.
Strong analytical skills and ability to map business processes to ERP systems.
Pan India Traveling will be needed for this job.
