ERP Implementation Consultant

As an ERP Implementation Consultant, your role will involve managing and executing enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects across various domains. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end ERP implementation, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Your strong project management capabilities, deep understanding of business processes, and hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or others will be essential for success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects from planning through deployment and support - Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into ERP solutions - Configure and customize ERP modules to align with business needs - Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for successful delivery - Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and deliverables - Provide training to end-users and create functional documentation - Conduct system testing, data migration, and integration with other enterprise systems - Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues, providing ongoing technical and functional support - Keep stakeholders informed on project progress, risks, and issues Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science - 2+ years of experience in ERP implementation or a similar consulting role - Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) - Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing, or CRM - Proven experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - PMP, ERP certification, or similar credentials are a plus Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages for customization - Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions - Experience working with Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies - Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously,
