Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven ERP Implementation Consultant to manage and execute enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects across various domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ERP implementation including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. This role requires strong project management capabilities, a deep understanding of business processes, and hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or others. Key Responsibilities:Lead the full-cycle ERP implementation projects from planning through deployment and supportGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutionsConfigure and customize ERP modules to align with business needsCoordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful deliveryDevelop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and deliverablesProvide training to end-users and create functional documentationConduct system testing, data migration, and integration with other enterprise systemsTroubleshoot and resolve ERP issues and provide ongoing technical and functional supportKeep stakeholders informed on project progress, risks, and issues Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science2+ years of experience in ERP implementation or a similar consulting role.Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite)Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing, or CRMProven experience with data migration, integration, and reporting toolsExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsPMP, ERP certification, or similar credentials is a plus Preferred Skills:Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages for customizationFamiliarity with cloud-based ERP solutionsExperience working with Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologiesAbility to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
