You will play a pivotal role in implementing, customizing, and supporting our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration of financial processes and driving efficiency for our clients. Your expertise in both accounting and ERP systems will be crucial in translating business requirements into effective solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client's financial workflows, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for Readywire's ERP.ERP Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize ERP modules, with a primary focus on Finance/Accounting, ensuring alignment with accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.Financial Reporting & Data Integrity: Design and implement robust financial reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the ERP system.User Training & Support: Provide expert training and ongoing support to end-users on financial modules, creating clear documentation and addressing complex financial queries.Testing & UAT: Lead testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data and processes.Integration & Data Migration: Manage the integration of financial data with other ERP modules and external systems, ensuring seamless data migration and validation.Post-Implementation Optimization: Provide ongoing support and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the financial modules.Qualifications & Skills1-3 years of experience in ERP implementation and functional consulting, with a strong emphasis on Finance/Accounting.1-2 years of practical experience in core accounting roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.), with deep expertise in the Finance/Accounting module.Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data integration techniques (a plus).Experience with the auto dealership industry is a plus.Educational QualificationQualified or Semi-Qualified CA/ICWAI/CA Inter/CA Final/CMA/IPCC.TravelTravel to client location if needed for Implementation, within your state.Why Readywire
