ERP Implementation Consultant

OGES Infotech is a multinational software solution provider headquartered in Kochi, Kerala, with operations across India, UAE, Europe, and Canada. We specialize in Oracle-based business applications, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, E-Commerce, Custom Software Development, and IT Consulting.

We are seeking an ERP Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience in ERP modules and a passion for solving business problems with technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to define system requirements and propose ERP solutions.
• Handle the full lifecycle implementation of ERP modules.
• Identify and document change requests and process improvements.
• Deliver end-user training and support post-go-live.
• Monitor and manage incident resolution and keep clients informed.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in ERP implementation (Finance, Inventory, HR & Payroll, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• High customer orientation and problem-solving ability.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle WebForms, or other development platforms is a plus.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹248,106.44 - ₹1,313,332.49 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
