Job Description

The ERP Executive will be responsible for implementation, maintenance, coordination, and daily operation of the ERP system, ensuring smooth integration between departments such as Production, Purchase, Stores, Accounts, Sales, and Projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesERP Operations & Coordination

Handle day-to-day ERP transactions across modules (Purchase, Stores, Production, Sales, Accounts).
Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and system updates.
Coordinate with internal departments for ERP-related requirements and issue resolution.
Monitor ERP workflows and ensure adherence to SOPs.

Module Handling

Purchase Order (PO) creation & tracking.
GRN, Inventory, and Stock Management.
Production planning & job work tracking.
Sales Order processing and dispatch coordination.
Support finance team with invoice, ledger, and costing data.

System Support & Reporting

Generate MIS reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly).
Track material consumption, wastage, and production status.
Assist management with ERP-based data analysis.
Coordinate with ERP vendor for upgrades, bug fixes, and customization.

Compliance & Accuracy

Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Maintain proper documentation and audit support.
Follow internal controls and company policies.

Skills & Competencies

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP / Marg / Busy / Customized ERP).
Strong understanding of manufacturing & project-based ERP processes.
Good knowledge of inventory, BOM, production cycle, and costing.
MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and analytical ability.
