ERP Executive

As an ERP Executive/ Implementation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in deploying, configuring, and supporting our company's software solutions at client sites. Your key responsibilities will include: - Executing end-to-end implementation of ERP/software modules following company standards. - Understanding client business processes and effectively mapping them within the system. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. - Conducting user training and providing post-implementation support. - Troubleshooting and resolving functional or technical issues reported by clients. - Maintaining documentation for implementation steps, client configurations, and updates. - Providing timely updates and Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to reporting managers. - Ensuring all implementations are completed within defined timelines and quality parameters. You are required to possess the following skills and competencies: - Strong understanding of ERP/software implementation processes. - Excellent communication and client-handling skills. - Analytical and problem-solving ability. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously. - Good presentation and training delivery skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with the benefit of cell phone reimbursement. Your work location will be in person at Vadodara, Gujarat.
