ERP Executive(Implementation)

As an ERP Implementation Engineer at our company based in Indore, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to comprehend their requirements, configuring systems, and ensuring the smooth deployment of our solutions. This is a non-technical profile suitable for both freshers and experienced professionals with up to 12 years of experience. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding client needs and project requirements, configuring, testing, and implementing solutions, troubleshooting technical issues during deployment, collaborating with project managers and teams for seamless delivery, providing training, post-implementation support, and maintaining implementation documentation. For freshers, we require a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science, B.Com, or B.Sc., along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, good communication, teamwork abilities, and eagerness to learn new technologies. On the other hand, experienced candidates should possess prior experience in implementation, deployment, or technical support, familiarity with system configuration and testing, ability to troubleshoot technical challenges, and experience working with clients to understand their requirements. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement. The work schedule is day shift from Monday to Friday with weekend availability. The work location will be in person.
