ERP Executive

Job Summary

The ERP Executive is responsible for managing, supporting, and ensuring smooth functioning of the company’s ERP system. The role includes data maintenance, user support, module coordination, report generation, and process alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ERP master data (BOM, items, vendors, customers, routing, etc.)
• Support day-to-day ERP operations and resolve user issues
• Coordinate with departments such as Production, QA, Stores, Purchase, Finance, Sales
• Monitor data accuracy and ensure real-time transaction entries
• Generate and analyze ERP reports for management review
• Provide training and technical support to ERP users
• Assist in ERP implementation, module testing, and upgrades
• Maintain documentation of ERP processes and user guides
• Work with external ERP vendors for bug fixes and customization
• Ensure process standardization and compliance through ERP workflows
• Track and close internal non-conformities related to ERP data entry (as per earlier NC process context)
• Support audit requirements by providing ERP data and logs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• ERP systems: 1 year (Required)
