Job Summary: We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Trainee Workers. This is an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on training and skill development in a practical work environment. The trainee will assist experienced staff while learning the standards, tools, safety protocols, and operations required to perform the job effectively. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum education: 10th grade /Diploma, ITI Physically fit and able to perform manual labor Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Basic understanding of workplace safety is an advantage No prior experience required (on-the-job training will be provided) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
