Job Title: ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) Manager / Executive Location: New Delhi Department: Sustainability / ESG / Corporate Affairs Reports To: Head – Sustainability / Managing Director / CFO Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical ESG professional to develop, implement, and monitor sustainability and governance initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will drive the company’s environmental, social, and ethical performance, ensuring alignment with global sustainability standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the organization’s ESG framework, strategy, and policies. Monitor and report on ESG performance indicators, ensuring compliance with national and international standards. Conduct ESG risk assessments, materiality analysis, and gap identification across business operations. Prepare periodic ESG reports and disclosures in line with SEBI, BRSR, GRI, SASB, and other reporting frameworks. Coordinate with internal departments to collect ESG data and ensure accuracy in sustainability reporting. Drive initiatives related to energy conservation, waste reduction, renewable energy, and resource efficiency. Promote social responsibility through employee engagement, diversity, health & safety, and community initiatives. Ensure strong governance practices including transparency, ethics, and compliance with statutory and stakeholder expectations. Liaise with rating agencies, consultants, and auditors for ESG ratings and sustainability assessments. Stay updated on evolving ESG trends, regulations, and best practices to guide strategic decision-making. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Management, or related discipline. 3 to 8 years of experience in ESG reporting, sustainability, or corporate governance roles. Strong understanding of ESG frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, TCFD, SASB, and SDGs. Knowledge of environmental regulations, CSR policies, and sustainability disclosures in India. Excellent analytical, research, and data interpretation skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization/reporting tools. Ability to collaborate across departments and drive cross-functional sustainability initiatives. Preferred Attributes: Experience in ESG reporting for listed companies or large corporates. Exposure to sustainability audits, carbon footprint assessments, or renewable energy projects. Certification in ESG, Sustainability Reporting, or Environment Management will be an added advantage.
