US Payroll Specalist Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Mohali, India Work Shift: US Hours Job Summary We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced US Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end payroll processing in compliance with US regulations and work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations. Process end-to-end US payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. 2.Handle payroll taxes, deductions, and benefits administration. 3. Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. 4.Manage multi-state payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable wage laws. 5. Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related matters and data accuracy. 6.Address employee payroll queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 7.Prepare accurate payroll reports and assist with internal and external audits. 8.Stay updated on changes in US payroll legislation and implement them accordingly. Qualifications & Skills 1.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in US payroll processing. 2.Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. 3.Proficiency with payroll software such as ADP, Workday, Gusto, Paycom, or similar. 4.Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. 5.Effective communication and analytical abilities. 6.Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 7.Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
