Job Description – Executive Chef Position: Executive Chef Location: Ram Nagar Reporting To: General Manager / Director of Food & Beverage Industry: Hospitality – Premium Hotel Chain About the RoleThe Executive Chef will be the culinary leader of our premium hotel chain, responsible for delivering world-class dining experiences that reflect innovation, consistency, and excellence. This role demands a balance of creativity and operational expertise, ensuring the highest standards in food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all outlets. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall culinary operations, including restaurants, banquets, in-room dining, and special events. Design, develop, and implement seasonal and signature menus aligned with brand positioning. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety across all outlets. Manage food cost, kitchen budgets, and inventory controls without compromising on quality. Recruit, train, and mentor a talented culinary team, fostering creativity and discipline. Collaborate with F&B and marketing teams for promotions, food festivals, and brand-building initiatives. Ensure compliance with hygiene, HACCP, and safety regulations. Stay updated on culinary trends to innovate and enhance guest experiences. Key RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management. 10+ years of progressive experience in luxury hotels/resorts, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef. Expertise in multi-cuisine operations (fine dining, banquets, modern gastronomy preferred). Strong leadership, creativity, and people management skills. Proven ability to manage costs and drive profitability. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
