Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a Luxury Cruise Line. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the culinary industry, with a strong background in fine dining and exceptional customer service.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury setting.
  • Strong knowledge of fine wine, gourmet cuisine, and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying current with culinary trends and techniques.
