As our Entry-Level B2B Digital Marketing Executive with an International Trade focus, you'll be instrumental in executing our digital marketing strategies to reach and engage businesses involved in global commerce. Responsibilities: Global Campaign Execution: Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of B2B digital marketing campaigns targeting international trade professionals and businesses across various global platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, industry-specific international trade platforms, global business directories). International Email Marketing: Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns tailored to international audiences, including list segmentation based on geographic regions and industry, culturally relevant content creation (under guidance), scheduling across time zones, and performance analysis. Global Content Support: Contribute to the creation and adaptation of content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, social media updates, website copy) that resonates with international trade professionals and addresses global business challenges and opportunities. International Social Media Management: Assist in managing our global social media presence, scheduling content relevant to international trade, engaging with a diverse global audience, and tracking performance across different regions. International SEO/SEM Support: Learn and assist with basic SEO and SEM tasks, considering multilingual keywords and targeting international search engines and audiences, under the guidance of senior team members. Global Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the tracking and analysis of campaign performance metrics across different international markets, providing insights to optimize our global marketing efforts. International Market Research: Assist in conducting research on international trade trends, global competitor activities, and the specific needs of businesses engaged in import and export. Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other marketing team members who focus on different international markets to ensure cohesive and culturally sensitive marketing strategies. Stay Globally Informed: Continuously learn about the latest global digital marketing trends, international trade regulations, and cultural nuances relevant to our target audiences. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business with an International Focus, International Relations, Communications, or a related field. A strong passion for digital marketing and a keen interest in the dynamics of international trade. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of clear and concise communication for diverse global audiences. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing) and their application in a global context. Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and an understanding of their use in international business networking. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially when dealing with global campaigns and diverse audiences. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes relevant to global digital marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with marketing automation platforms or CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Exposure to or understanding of different cultures and international business practices is a significant plus. Multilingual skills are highly valued but not always required.
