Role Overview


As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), you’ll work directly with the CEO to drive EdFoal’s sales growth engine. This role is for someone who wants to build like a founder — not just execute tasks.


Your mission will be to:

• Take full ownership of sales partner recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking

• Build repeatable systems for sales growth (without micromanagement)

• Act as the “right-hand” for sales ops — handling everything from interviews to reporting


This role is perfect for a hustler with entrepreneurial energy who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and loves building things from scratch.


Key Responsibilities

• Sales Partner Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview commission-based sales partners across global markets.

• Onboarding: Set up new sales partners with the right training, scripts, and playbooks.

• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a dashboard of sales partner activity, pipeline, and performance.

• Process Building: Create and optimize simple systems for outreach, tracking, and communication.

• Sales Ops Support: Assist with scheduling, CRM updates, partner communication, and reporting for CEO/CRO.

• Hustler Mindset: Spot opportunities, remove roadblocks, and ensure maximum output from the sales engine.


What We’re Looking For

• Entrepreneurial DNA — you think like a founder, not an employee.

• Strong organizational and people management skills.

• Ability to recruit, manage, and motivate commission-based sales teams.

• Comfort with tools like LinkedIn, CRM, Slack, Notion, Google Sheets.

• Hustler mindset — you move fast, get things done, and find solutions.

• Prior experience in startups, sales ops, or business development is a plus.
