Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR)

Role Overview

Think of it as a crash course in entrepreneurship: you’ll learn how to build, scale, and manage a startup from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the Founder & CEO to execute strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Conduct deep-dive research, prepare reports, and generate insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with multiple teams (Tech, Marketing, Sales, Artist Relations, HR) to ensure smooth execution of priorities.
• Track business performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Draft documents, pitches, and presentations for investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, propose solutions, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Take end-to-end ownership of at least one high-impact project during your tenure.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or an early-stage startup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• A self-starter with high ownership, adaptability, and curiosity.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
