At Mosaic, we’re building an ecosystem that makes compounding easier, for people to excel little by little, become better professionals, and enjoy the process while building loved, valued brands.

Little Joys is where that idea meets impact. Over the last few years, we have quietly built Little Joys, a brand that offers healthy nutrition for kids aged 2+ years.

- Strong repeat/retention and NPS among customers.

Must-haves

- 6+ years’ experience (category & brand building preferred)

- Founder/entrepreneur or intrapreneur track record in B2C.

- Growth mindset, grit, and strong ownership.

- High emotional resonance with Little Joys customers. (parents)

- Comfortable with ambiguity and obsessed with doing the small, right things every day.
