Our model is simple: dividends first, revenue first, valuation later. Role Overview We are hiring Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIRs), founders who will lead new ventures inside the Renate ecosystem. As an EIR, you will: Take a business model from zero to launch in 30 days with Renate’s team backing you. Act as a founder/CEO of the business you build. Work with mentors, central support (tech, branding, compliance, sales), and co-working infrastructure. Experiment, execute, and push ventures to profitability from Day 1. Requirements Strong entrepreneurial mindset; students, recent grads, and early professionals welcome. Bias for execution and comfort with uncertainty. Willingness to work across any business model (digital, consumer, B2B, manufacturing, tech). Excellent communication, leadership, and networking ability. Structure & Commitment This is a founder-level role , not a conventional salaried position. To ensure commitment and skin in the game: Every EIR makes an initial founder’s investment of ₹30,000 . Renate provides team, infra, mentors, compliance, and launch platform in return. Equity Split: You retain 70% of the venture, 30% is held by Renate. Dividends and profits are shared from Day 1. We specialize in sales, strategy, and fundraising, working as long-term partners in business growth. Responsibilities Identify and generate leads among startups and MSMEs. Conduct outreach via calls, emails, meetings, and events. Pitch Renate’s consulting services effectively to decision-makers. Achieve and exceed monthly client acquisition and revenue targets. Manage client negotiations and close deals. Build initial trust and transition clients to the consulting team. Requirements 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and consulting is a plus. What We Offer Joining Bonus of Rs. 48,000 in cash/bank. Fixed salary Rs. 1,40,000 /Month In-Hand + client based bonuses of upto Rs. 30,000 /Month Certification as a “Startup Sales & Consulting Associate/Professional” by Renate.
