Role Overview

Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIRs),

• Take a 

  business model from zero to launch in 30 days

   with Renate’s team backing you.
• Act as a 

  founder/CEO

   of the business you build.
• Work with mentors, central support (tech, branding, compliance, sales), and co-working infrastructure.
• Experiment, execute, and push ventures to profitability from Day 1.

Requirements

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset; students, recent grads, and early professionals welcome.
• Bias for execution and comfort with uncertainty.
• Willingness to work across 

  any business model

   (digital, consumer, B2B, manufacturing, tech).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and networking ability.

Structure & Commitment

founder-level role

• Every EIR makes an 

  initial founder’s investment of ₹30,000

  .
• Renate provides team, infra, mentors, compliance, and launch platform in return.

• Equity Split:

   You retain 70% of the venture, 30% is held by Renate.
• Dividends and profits are shared from Day 1.
