What You’ll Do

• Work directly with Founders & CXOs on high-impact strategic initiatives
• Validate & scale

  0→1 ideas

  end-to-end
• Dive deep into

  market research, user insights & competitive analysis

• Own projects from strategy → execution → performance
• Partner closely with product, ops, marketing, content & business teams
• Bring a

  founder’s mindset

  : speed, ownership & problem-solving

We’re Looking For

• MBA from IIM / Tier-1 B-School

• 1–2 years of experience in consulting/product/strategy (bonus)

• CAT Qualified — Mandatory (must have taken and cleared CAT)

• Excellent communication + analytical thinking
• Someone who thrives in ambiguity, speed & high-ownership environments
• A builder at heart — bias for action, experimentation & innovation
