Responsibilities

Content & Design:

• Create engaging graphics, videos, reels, and marketing material for properties and campaigns.
• Design brochures, digital creatives, and branding collateral for both online and offline use.

Social Media Management:

• Own Renate’s social presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
• Plan, schedule, and publish regular posts that reflect Renate’s voice and brand ethos.
• Build engagement with buyers, sellers, investors, and community partners.

Digital Marketing & Ads:

• Run performance-driven ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) for property listings and brand campaigns.
• Track ROI, analytics, and optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions.

Partnerships & Collabs:

• Work with influencers, micro-creators, and partner brands to drive awareness and credibility.
• Identify and execute collaborations with real estate, lifestyle, and finance communities.

Strategy & Growth:

• Develop monthly content calendars and growth strategies.
• Align social efforts with marketing goals, sales funnels, and property campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in 

  social media management, digital marketing, or content design

  .
• Strong skills in 

  graphic design tools

   (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
• Knowledge of 

  paid ad platforms

   (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Creative storyteller with a knack for 

  building brand voice

   and 

  community engagement

  .
• Organized, data-driven, and able to handle 

  fast-paced execution

  .
