Compensation: 25,000 per month stipend + Equity & Compensation in New Venture

About the Role

Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

You will work closely with Thence’s leadership to validate ideas, build teams, and take the venture to market. Once the venture reaches operational stability, you will transition into a leadership role within the new entity.

What We’re Looking For

• Deep domain expertise in a particular sector
• Entrepreneurial drive & hunger with a deep bias for execution and experimentation. You're comfortable with ambiguity and relentless in pursuit.
• Past entrepreneurial experience is welcome — either as a founder/co-founder of a startup or a business unit. You’ve scaled, exited, or failed—and are ready to build again.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Willingness to work full-time from Bangalore.
