The Mission for the EIR:

We are looking for our next founding team member - an Entrepreneur in Residence. You will be tasked with taking a critical, high-impact problem statement from a raw idea to a scalable, product-market fit solution. You will own the entire lifecycle: from problem discovery and strategic planning to building the initial MVP, launching to early customers, and scaling the operation. This is a path to building and leading your own vertical within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Zero-to-One Execution:

  Lead the end-to-end build of a new venture or product line, from initial concept and user research to prototyping, MVP development, and launch.

• Full Ownership:

  You will be responsible for strategy, product definition, technology decisions (in collaboration with engineers), initial GTM, and P&L management.

• Hands-on Hustle:

  Be prepared to code if you're technical, create sales decks, talk to customers, analyze data, and do whatever is necessary to de-risk the idea and achieve key milestones.

• Build to Scale:

  Establish the foundational processes, metrics, and team culture for this vertical. Your success is measured by your ability to transition from a solo builder to the leader of a high-performing team.

Who You Are (The Non-Negotiables):

• A Proven Builder:

  You have 3-4 years of experience where you were the primary owner of a successful 0-1 build (a new product, a new market entry, or your own startup).

• Tier I Engineering Pedigree:

  BTech from a Tier I institute (IIT, NIT, BITS). We are looking for structured problem-solvers with strong first principles thinking.

• Extreme Ownership Mindset:

  You thrive in ambiguity, make data-informed decisions quickly, and are obsessed with outcomes, not just output. You don't wait for directions; you create the map.

• Hunger Over Pedigree:

  MBAs and those seeking structured, large-company roles need not apply. This role is for those who learn by doing and are driven by the thrill of creation.
