Role Overview

This is a Founder's Office role where you'll shadow the founders closely, learning how decisions are made, problems are solved, and trade-offs are managed in real time. You'll take ownership of project execution and wear multiple hats while building problem-solving muscle.

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow the founders closely, learning decision-making and problem-solving processes
• Take ownership of project execution from client walkthroughs to handing over spaces
• Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors
• Drive negotiations and oversee execution with precision in budgets and design
• Oversee operations & facilities management
• Build systems and SOPs including dashboards, preventive maintenance, cost tracking
• Act as communication bridge between founders and external stakeholders
• Handle multiple responsibilities and build problem-solving capabilities

Requirements

• Care about design — not just how things look, but how they feel and function
• Love structure — processes, order, systems that scale
• Thrive when given messy problems with no manual
• Strong communication skills with clients, landlords, and vendors
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, project management or startups
