As this is a high-value, low-volume sales environment, every interaction has the potential to shape a key business relationship. This is a pure IC (Individual Contributor) role requiring strategic thinking, maturity, and precision in execution. Key Responsibilities Own the entire outbound sales process across lead sourcing, opportunity prospecting, and deal closing. Engage and build trust with CXO-level stakeholders through personalized communication. Develop a deep understanding of our offerings and tailor pitches that address business pain points. Maintain accurate records of conversations, next steps, and follow-ups in the CRM. Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine messaging and identify high-value targets. Drive meetings and demos with the business team by ensuring high-quality, well-nurtured leads. What We’re Looking For 4–6 years of proven experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in a niche or high-consideration domain. Demonstrated ability to independently handle conversations with CXOs and senior decision-makers. Strong understanding of solution-based selling and value articulation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think strategically and execute with sharp attention to detail. Comfortable operating in a high-ownership, low-supervision setup.
